2020 Presidential Race

I guess it’s this.

Is Lindsey Graham About To Have A Problem?

It’s going to be fun watching the Democrats gay shame LG.
It's also going to be fun watching a Republican Senator who has aggressively denounced gay marriage, and who has also fought against protections against discrimination for gays in the workforce, now cope with accusations that he has been using a male escort service for many years.

Do you really think this will only be an awkward situation for Democrats? I don't care about anyone being gay, but you look like a phony when you are a homophobic gay. If this story is true, then Lindsey Graham is so deep in the closet, he is tripping over Christmas presents.

I’ve been saying Lindsay Graham is a phoney for years.

Yay, unemployment went up?
No, it went down but by the Bureau of Labor Statistics own admission, the unemployment rate isn't really 13.3% and it wasn't really 14.7% last month. Due to an error in how furloughed workers were treated in the data sample, unemployment is higher than what they are estimating. Absent this same error, April's unemployment rate would have been close to 20%. I am skeptical that this error was by accident (why not correct it if you are aware of it?), but at least they do acknowledge it.

Idk what’s worse.....this or the fact that Al-Qaeda dupped the Trump administration into negotiating directly with them and agreeing to their terms.

Yeah... if a Republican said something like 15% of the American population were "not very good people", you would probably think they were low-balling it (because much more than 15% of the American population votes Democratic) ... but because Biden said it, Republicans will pretend to be offended by it.
Saying 15% of Americans are not good people is just as stupid as saying systemic racism is real. Maybe he is right. Say who or where they are, otherwise you are just grandstanding with no point.

The real stupid part is the fact that he's a presidential candidate. Saying any percentage of the voting base is stupid has literally never ever been helpful to a campaign, and yet candidates keep doing it.

Maybe it’s the one time they are being honest.

I'm sure they are being honest.

It doesn't matter. Trump has said a lot of stuff he believes is true that is incredibly divisive. And the left call him out for it, rightfully so.

But calling Trump divisive 500 times and then saying any percentage of Americans are bad people is Biden being a hypocrite.

Wild guess I'm thinking Biden believes that 15% comes from the pool that isn't voting for him. So of the say 45% of people that will vote for Trump, Biden is saying 1/3 are bad people. How that's not being divisive I'll never understand.

Now if Biden believes the 15% are equally divided among his voters and Trump voters then it's much less divisive but I'm guessing that's not what he meant.

In a post above, I said that Republicans would ignore the "misclassification error" that the Bureau of Labor Statistics has acknowledged, and they would pretend that the unemployment rate really is at 13.3%. Looks like I was right... and does Trump really deserve any credit for 1.4 million restaurant workers returning to work after having been temporarily furloughed due to the quarantines in March? Will she lay the blame on Trump when the June jobs report is not as good? Assuming that furloughed workers have been appropriately classified next month...

Trump has said very similar things about the state of California. This is faux outrage.

BB, God love ya man but you are gonna have to get past the TDS. Trump will be re-elected and this economy will bounce back despite all the rotten DIMs and Never Trumpers trying to sabotage his every move.

Perhaps next time he gives an interview he will be asked if that 15% might include voters on both sides.

Nah! No hard questions for Ole Joe.

I think if most people were honest they would also claim that 10-15% of the people they come across in their lives are real jerks.
Anyone who has ever worked in a customer service capacity will probably tell you it's even higher than that. I wish 85% of the people I deal with on a daily basis were pleasant to speak to.
