Melted some butter with olive oil and seared them in a pan for just a few minutes each side. Cleaned out the pan, put them back in, added a little garlic, lemon pepper and lemon juice. Just enough to give ‘em a kick

They looked good and that ain't too bad for them. Last I saw at Publix were pretty nice U10's.... at $26. Lol.
