Best steaks

For flavor and tenderness, a Chuck Eye Steak will hold against any cut at a fraction of the cost.

also like a good Grass Fed Center cut Sirloin.

And Ribeye, Filet, Prime rib as well.

But for downright good flavor, I'm going all Tyler Florence and Booby Flay....It's hard to beat the flavor of a well prepared Flat Iron. Had one in the skillet yesterday cooked off with rosemary and garlic, oil and butter.

Just finished off half a NY Strip, jalapenos, sweet peppers, and onion straight off the grill. Baked potato and shrimp on the side.

I do, on occasion, like to dip my steak bites into the cocktail sauce. Today was one of those occasions.
