George Floyd Protest/Riots

One still should apply some names/definitions to labels. Anarchists believe in nothing. They are nihilists. If one is a political group, like Antifa, then it is involved in politics. Someone who is involved in anarchism is not involved in politics.
I'm saying kids dressing up in all black and call themselves Antifa, even though they're not actually Antifa, is still Antifa IMO because that's where they've drawn the inspiration from. They mirror the actions without understanding the meaning because they think it's cool.

I have a few questions:

  1. Is there a membership application?
  2. Do I Does one have to have brick throwing experience to apply?
  3. Is there a dental or vision plan?
No, they're typically disinfranchised young people who grew up to realize participation trophies aren't worth squat and the painting their parents it up on the fridge sucked arse, the same as the rest of us, they just couldn't deal with not being "special".

I'm only halfway joking here.

They have the same benefits as the weather underground.

You know nothing. Antifa is a political protest movement comprising autonomous groups affiliated by their militant opposition to fascism and other forms of extreme right-wing ideology.
Questions meet answers!

I’m saying their views aren’t biblically based

HFS, do they know this?

That is not how The Episcopal Church tends to approach faith and belief. Our list of “non-negotiable” points are very few, and largely shared with most every other Christian tradition. Those relatively few points are:

  • There is one God, who is a Trinity of Persons.
  • The First Person of the Trinity, traditionally called “Father,” created all things at the beginning of time.
  • Jesus Christ, the very human rabbi from 2000 years ago, was and is the Son of God, the Second Person of the Trinity, and our Savior.
  • The Holy Scriptures (the Bible) are the revealed word of God, written by human beings under the inspiration and guidance of the Holy Spirit, who is the Third Person of the Trinity. The Bible contains all things necessary for salvation

Figured it was only a matter of time before the looters got into the wrong neighborhoods. Lol at going into the Latin Kings territory and trying this stuff....the LK's aren't even close to being afraid of antifa

Can't wait for the Chicago PD ripped from the headlines episodes. If we ever get new television episodes!

Hordes of leftists may not be able to buy a gun since the GOPers are hoarding them.

I think your friends should buy a gun safe, a trigger-lock, and take a gun safety course, first. Then have the local PD or Sheriff verify they're not a risk to the public, and have an MD certify their mental stability, after NICS verifies they're not a felon. Some bureaucrat should decide whether they need a firearm for a valid purpose such as hunting or target shooting.

Then lock the rifle in the safe with a trigger-lock; maybe a logging chain, too. And a smaller safe to store the bolt and ammo.

I recommend a nice bolt-action, single-shot .22 Short rifle. Or maybe a sweet musket...and they should insist on licensing it before taking possession.
Or maybe a nice Daisy for starters, hopefully no one gets an eye put out.

You are not wrong here, but interestingly, Anarchists are actually more diverse than Fascists. You can have far left and far right (not Democrat/Republican connotations) Anarchists and some could even be passive. The Far Left ones are more involved in the Collectivist approach and Far Right are more concerned with ideals that are independent with free markets and (sometimes hi-jacked IMO) libertarian philosophies. I do agree that Anarchists aren't historically tied to total destruction, but the extreme groups will no doubt resort to that. To me, those are the version that are mainly Opportunists.

There used to be a really great interview by the historian G. Edward Griffin where he didn't necessarily address Anarchists, but he talks in great detail about Far Left and Far Right philosophies and movements over time. I will see if I can find the video if you would be interested. It is kind of interesting in that ultimately, at the end of the day, both want their own versions of a strong, powerful state authority, irrespective of the messages they convey.

What I want to know, if some secret Democrat or Republican cabal is behind organizing and planning all of this, why can't either side do a good job of governing the country? I mean, that would have to be some well thought out organizational skills, something neither party has demonstrated while in power.
