Their tactic is hit and run towards police and the general public. They're aware of their own ineffective abilities if they went toe to toe against LE or crowds against their message.

The result will be similar to what happened @ Portland last year when one of their members pulled a collapsible baton and had no training how to use it. Game over for him.

Hi all, conservative here, checking in.

If a cop ever chokes me to death all while knowing he is being filmed....by all means riot and burn the police station down. Wouldn’t bother me a bit. And don’t say it was just one cop, cause the guys who worked with that clown knew what he was about.

Please don’t loot target though, or my wife would be mad at me. Plus they can barely keep the doors open anyway in the underserved communities due to the high levels of shop lifting.

My son is in one of the cities currently with his Guard unit. The thugs are using super soakers filled with gas and then throwing Molotov cocktails at them. They also have decon units set up so when they get hit with gas, they decon and right back in the fight.

This **** is being organized and controlled way above the thug’s pay grade.

I'm not saying they shouldn't protect themselves, and I'm not saying they shouldn't arrest looters. They should.

But can you imagine what's coming down the pike if we start seeing video of many uses of force against just the protestors? It will be magnitudes worse than this.

Hope your son stays safe. My nephew is currently at ft drum, they put some guys there on notice to be ready to possibly go to some of these cities. He also goes to Afghanistan later this year.

I haven't seen any use of force against protesters, rioters and looters yeah but not protesters. I can't see the NG using force against people peacefully assembling.

The peaceful protestors, I’m am all about them expressing their anger and letting their voices being heard. That is happening in many places.

But what also is happening is ppl from the outside have moved in with violent intentions. Their force will be met with force. The governor has called in more NG to the city where he is. A statement will be made tonight. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.

Genuine protesters or idiots burning buildings and stealing sh**? The National guard isn’t going to start assaulting peacefully protesting citizens.

I just highly doubt that. The rubber always meets the road where your grandiose revolutionary spirit meets the amount of risk to your own ass.

I think once they start using the rubber pellets and tear gas like they mean it, there will be a staunch realization from the mob that they don't care as much as they thought they did. The protest history of the last 10 years bears my theory out, I think.

If a protestor comes up to the police line and yells insults, the police should not react.

If the protestor throws a molotov cocktail at the police, as claimed above, then hell yes they should arrest the offender. Even then, however, given the sircumstances they need to document any resistance so as to justify any use of force and be mindful of that.

Roger that, hope both of your sons stay safe. My VFL son is working as a resident in a NY hospital ICU dealing with the china virus victims. I am very proud of his service.

They are no longer Protestors when using accelerants against LE or the guard. As for use of force, we can't just stand idle why they burn and pillage communities. That tactic was used for first 3 days and did that have any calming affect? I sure as hell didn't see that, only these people becoming more violent and destructive since they knew LE had disengaged and retreated.

Antifa isn't peacefully protesting in any sense of the word. If they throw bricks at US military or National Guard they will be shot dead in the streets. Then the Communistic MSM will try to call them Martyrs and compare this to Kent State in 1970.

Its called passive resistance, when the mayor institutes a curfew and you stand there like an idiot its the police's job to enforce said curfew. If you get told to move and dont then you get whats coming to you. If these thugs learn to listen and do as theyre told they won't have a problem.
