George Floyd Protest/Riots

Well I *did* have to coax you into saying it.

Poor people commit a lot of crimes. There are a higher percentage of poor black and Hispanic people within their respective demographics than poor white people in theirs.
Poor white people tend to be more geographically dispersed

A New York woman has been charged with four counts of attempted murder after throwing a molotov cocktail at an NYPD van occupied by multiple police officers.

Samantha Shader, 27, of Catskill, additionally faces charges for attempted arson, reckless endangerment, criminal possession of a weapon, and assault, WABC reported. The device reportedly didn't explode and all four officers inside were able to escape.

Quit breaking the law and you won't have problems with the cops. How f-ing hard is that for you to understand?
That isn't always true when it comes to poorly trained officers, as appears to be the case with Derek Chauvin. You are trying to grossly over-simplify the matter. There is also a matter of proportionality to consider. Is passing a counterfeit $20 bill to buy cigarettes at a convenience store, a crime that should ever lead to a person's death? The surveillance footage does not support the officer's claims that George Floyd resisted his arrest. Why was this arresting officer, Derek Chauvin, so physically aggressive with Floyd, even after Floyd was on the ground? Would he have felt this threatened by a white 46 year old man who was lying flat on his stomach? I have my doubts about that. Derek Chauvin will get his day in court and have a chance to defend himself against the charges which have been filed against him. That is more of an opportunity than George Floyd will ever get.

Didn’t see a single protesters on the lake yesterday.
I had a few errands on my list yesterday. Publix, WalMart, Academy Sports, and a couple others. Saw a lot of people, many with varying melanin levels. Zero animosity on display. Even saw a few cops and they weren't beating or killing anyone. Guess it was my lucky day.
