Dude, it don't get much better than that. I like to drizzle a little olive oil on them while they're on the grill, get a flame going and and char them a little. Mmmm mmm mmm.

Yes. Also like to drizzle a little balsamic and add shaved pecorino after done.

NY strip was always tough when ever I had it, so never again -- only porterhouse and ribeye for me - filet is good but to small of a portion
