As I’ve said before, I use it in cooking. My disdain of mayo comes from seeing my dad piling it on every sandwich, when I was growing up. It would be literally oozing out of all sides, every time he took a bite. Grossed me out, and I’m not wrong when it comes to my personal taste.

I'm not a huge fan of mayo either. It weirds me out when it's piled up oozing out of the sammich. I do appreciate a little on a BLT, but just enough to keep bread from being dry. Typically mustard is my go to.
