I have done a bunch at Seacrest (as has Sparty - RIP). It is cheaper than Seaside and Rosemary. Houses are not for 2, though. Nice community pool but a hassle getting to the beach since you are on the north side of 30A.

We stayed at 98 Gulf Point Road (Santa Rosa) in March. Great house with a pool and close to a beach that, at that time, was not overrun. It is a big house though so maybe more $$ and size than you want. House is owned by Memphians.
