I've never seen either one live other than concerts on DVD and YouTube :(, so I cant comment. HBPW got to see both (Bon once and Brian 3 times) and said she enjoyed both in concert.

I watched the video you posted, they sound pretty good. They need a bigger stage to move around on. I'd go see them too. 'Bout the closest to ACDC Live I'm ever going to be. Damit!

There is a cover band that makes the rounds up here several times a year I'd like to go see them one of these days. Can't remember their name tho.

I saw them both times at the Municipal Auditorium in Nashville. It was a terrible place for sound anyway and with them so loud, it just sucked.

I stayed though. Lol.

Loved that song. Prince was a prolific writer. She went crazy a few years back. Hope she pulled out of it

Saw the thunderstruck tour at municipal couldn’t her for 24 hours. Ozzy at Starwood took days to get hearing back

You know... I was in Germany from 86 to 89 and was never able to get to a Monsters Of Rock. I think they'd be at there best in an open air venue.

Acoustics are everything. HBPW seen Bon at Rupp, and Brian at Rupp, Midsouth Coleseum in Memphis, and in Shreveport. I'm fawking jelli! :D

Seems to have. I mean, she's now Muslim, but she seems to be at peace with herself and her kids.

After watching some interviews, I don't think she went that crazy, but however crazy she did go wasn't really ALL her fault.

I enjoyed every one if the songs I listened to. I never realized how passionate about music she was/is. I've developed a newfound respect for her.

In my opinion. Tifwiw. 0.

Did you watch that video above of Nothing Compares to you live? Around the 2:00 mark gave me chills. You could hit mute and see her passion. Amazing to me. I guess some of it is because I just never paid her any attention.

Just did. She is back to sounding amazing. Possibly better. One word for that performance. Passion. I’ve always been partial to female Irish singers. Must be me Irish blood.

Yea, I didn't know until last night that the girl from the Cranberries was Irish as well. Know I know why I thought they sounded alike to bad about the Cranberries chick.

I listened to a new one Sinead wrote. It was an okay song but yea, she sounds good. That video on the previous page of Emperor's new clothes is really good. Its recent. She had a little of that pep in it.

I’ll listen tomorrow. Little known fact when I demoed songs I used Russ Pahl. Prince used him in studio for guitar. Also prince sent me a demo from paisley park looking for money to do a new album. Wish I’d of had the money to go in on it would of been cool to be a part of. My mom was a huge prince fan as me as well. She would have flipped

I had no idea Dixie Chicks covered that, will check that out. Love their cover of Landslide.

And the original Sinead video was pretty good, lots of emotion.

I was a big fan of the DC and I still.listen to their old stuff. Prince version is too "bubble gummy" but still good. But hearing it by Sinead first I just consider it a more serious tune and Dixie chicks nailed it pretty good.
