There is a steakhouse in the building next to mine that has a wagyu ribeye for $275. If you go with the gold encrusted leaf it jumps up to $1000. It is so expensive I only eat there 3 nights a week.
I used to make a smoked tomato sauce that I served on a grilled sirlion stuffed with diced tomatoes, diced bacon, smoked cheddar and scallions. I'm not much on sauces and my steaks being stuffed, but a whole bunch of other peoples aruh.
