Great to see you! I miss my girls (and, of course any Rocky pics, pup has the best facial expressions). I’ve got a cook out this Saturday, at my brother’s, social distancing might not be enforced, IDK. I am worried about Donna. Wasn’t at first, but the longer the time since she last posted, has me worried. I worry it’s her mom or her immediate family. I keep hoping that she’s just busy. How are you and Kevin spending the long weekend?

I'm seriously thinking about taking half a day off tomorrow and going to buy paint for my kitchen. I'm not happy with the color. I've tried to like it since September, but it's too yellow (Extreme Lemon....at the time I wanted extreme, but not now.)

Sometimes you just need a break from these fools 😆

Going hiking on Saturday! We had my aunt over for dinner and games last Saturday, so much fun, ready to see more people! So break that distance with your family!

I just saw this. joe, I say this in the kindest way possible for me, if I were Tiffany, I’d punched you in the face. (Not really, probably a lot of mean words would be going through my head though). Give Tiffany a high five for me, please.

It sucks when you think you pick out a great color and it doesn't work. We had a red accent wall in our bedroom in our townhouse rental, loved it. Did that for our master bedroom. Hated it. Changed bedding and curtains to try to help...but did not. Painted it with a different shade of red and makes all the difference!

Right?? I'm a little nervous trying to pick the color now. I had the perfect yellow, but we put up a stainless backsplash on the oven wall, and I didn't think yellow looked good with it. (Two different shades of gray, a seafoam green, and the current yellow have all disappointed me.)

My BIGGEST mistake was not writing down the color of the original yellow! Dammit.

We're good. Our world has remained the same (both still working, etc), it's just pieces of the world around us that changed. I'm looking forward to the day when things are a little more familiar. I've taken the word normal out of my vocabulary.

Getting the perfect shade of color is maddening. Bright note, it’s not a mistake you can’t undo, with minimal swearing. (Love seafoam green, calming).
