POP might be the best of modern times. Won championships without all time top 5/10 players. and just kept churning out solid teams.

UGA lost one of their top in-state targets, in LB Barrett Carter, to Clemson. Hopefully them losing out on top Georgia prospects is a common theme this recruiting season.
