Everyone associated with UFC that is allowed in the arena/ hotel/ training facility is tested. They actually disqualified a fighter for testing positive even though he was asymptomatic, he was not allowed in the facility, hotel etc. They are taking the appropriate measures. Also, not sure how many fights you've been in your life but its pretty difficult to social distance in a sport that requires hand to hand combat

I was an all-state wrestler my senior year in HS if that counts...

I’m just wondering if the article (which I haven’t even seen) had false reporting?

That information isn't what makes the story false, they failed to mention that UFC is taking extreme measures to protect everyone involved. So they didn't tell the whole story to create a narrative and attack UFC. I put this in the Chuck Todd category

Not that it was false, just twisted. They went on and on about negatives without talking about all the precautions in place.

I guess I’d have to see it. I understand White being mad if it’s negative press, but if it’s factual then he just has to live with it.

So we should take the leader of the state with the city that possibly has the highest death rate in the world and have them lecture everyone else on how to handle the CV crisis?

The same leader that put in policies that directly effected the most at risk demographic? The same leader that didn't shut down his subway systems till they were well into the crisis?

I say we have them teach them because he would show them exactly what not to do.

It goes to show though really how either ignorant or brainwashed the people of New York are though. I heard the other day that Cuomo had like an 80%+ approval rating on his handling of this crisis.

It was an opinion hit piece, so he shared his opinion in return. Kind of one of those if you can't take the heat then stay out of the kitchen type deals, reporter wrote the article, white responded and now the reporter will probably play the victim.
