Usually. I was supposed to fill the freezer over the last two weeks. Unfortunately, my right elbow precludes the use of a filet knife for now so I've been catching and releasing.

Nice. Its been more years than I care to admit since fishing for crappie with my grandfather on Old Hickory lake, but I don't remember ever seeing any that big. The ones we always caught were the size of the ones you posted last week.

I love'em too. And they're easy to catch , if you know where they are. I was gifted an enormous crappie hole just off my dock.
