My point is look at programs like Alabama, Penn. St., Ohio St., USC, Texas, Auburn etc. They've had virtually the same look for years now. They don't change based on a new fashion or trends or any crap like that.
I'd like UT to stay that way too.
If anyone saw how terrible FSU looked on Saturday night with their little "black" uniform experiment should put this idea to bed. They looked terrible breaking tradition, their uniforms are some of the most recognizable and classic uniforms in sports, just like ours. We aren't Oregon, Cal, Cincinatti, or VA tech; our name and traditional look alone sells itself much better that any of those programs with their terrible flashy uniforms and messing with that wouldn't help anything, it would just make use look foolish.

The black FSU jerseys are possibly the best looking jerseys in college football IMO. Not saying I don't like the traditional uniforms, and I don't encourage us to wear the black uni's. But, just saying those FSU jerseys were fed.
