I didn't come in here much yesterday, because I was just plain mad. It takes a lot to make me mad, but when I do get that way, I'll stay that way until it gets resolved. In our management meeting, I brought up to the maintenance director (walking waste of space human), that there had been a flood in my stock room that morning. I was fine until, he started chuckling and shaking his old nasty head. I completely lost my cool (the other managers told me my face got beet red, lol). I told him it should have been taken care of when I first told him about it months ago, yes, months and every time I've brought up to him since, I have dry food and non food items in there and one of my staff could get hurt if it caved in. I then told him, I'm sick of stuff not getting fixed and it's not something to laugh at. My boss had her head down, looking at papers and smiling. I told her after, I've had it and when the owner comes in next, I'm going to have a chat about that piece of garbage and will get him out of here, if it's the last thing I ever do. This is not a brag, it's a fact.
