When errthang on your plate is cold when you get it, don’t get any bread til you’re almost finished eating the cold food and both times they were out of what my daughter in law wanted to order then they suck like a shop vac.

The cold food and no bread is most likely a server issue which is caused by poor training and that's a management issue.

Depending on what it is and the time of day being out of a menu item isn't necessarily a bad thing.

What did the manager say the issue was? What did he or she offer you to make you happy when you spoke to them?

cracker barrel checks all the box's for me great breakfast great lunch and great supper and you can get a burfday gift while you are there. And you can get a Tennessee Vol shirt.
