As bad as our government is I could expect them to pay 3 times retail and receive a bunch of outdated junk that barely worked. That's the type of mistake I expect from the government. This is a step or two above that.

No they didnt. They got boned because they operated like people act when using money that they didnt have to answer for.

This was moronic and is completely indefensible.

For the premium being paid, the supplier should have goods delivered the next day and then payment can be wired. If a supplier is unwilling to wait for payment from NY state, until after goods are delivered.....then RED effing flag.
