I'd say most will end up all on close to the same page. That said, anyone deciding now for what will come in September may be getting ahead of themselves.

I'm ready to phase back in, gain more information, and see if/when/how a 2nd wave goes. If this thing just flattens out after full reopen from June through July/August, then we roll. Hope god is on our side.

Yes, I was originally going to say this as well but didn’t want to be considered a negative Nancy. I want kids back in school and football this fall. But schools can “plan” all they want until something changes that plan.

We all need to come together and Schianomo the idiots in power if so..

This is all ridiculous...we need to get on with life. The virus is here, it ain't going no where..and it just is what it is.

Do our best to protect the highest risk, but let er go.

But no way the fearful crowd shuts up...we will hear about every death and fake death till after the election.

Yeah honestly at this point... we gotta start opening stuff up. Be smart. Wash your hands. Stay home when you're sick. Don't cough on people. Sanction UGA. We will be ok if all these things happen.

Trying to come up with the biggest college metropolitan areas that have no major pro sports. I think these are the places that will gain the most from the new rules. I am excluding areas that are included in Combined Statistical Areas with a pro team - example being Riverside, CA...essentially is just LA.

Coming up with (by metro statistical area):
Austin - 2.2m. Texas
Columbus - 2.1m OSU

We come up 20th. Now, I'm not sure if many of those ahead of us have major college teams though...like Bakersfield, Fresno, Hartford...

Most importantly...we are 1st in the SEC at 870k.

You're looking at this the wrong way. Georgia was hit hard and is opening way too prematurely. The only acceptable course of action is to forbid UGA and all other Georgia schools from playing football this fall while the rest of the SEC gets back to it. Sorry, UGA, this will probably hurt recruiting.

Most importantly...2nd in the SEC behind Birmingham.
Orlando and Columbus have MLS teams

Say "measurables" one more time..🤬

You know who else didn't have great measurables?...Derrick f'n Barnett. Heart and want too are far greater attributes than arm length.

What?? Lol Barnett was 6’3 with lethal hands and a dip&rip move for 4man fronts. You don’t get drafted that high if you’re a tweener.

Barnett is the best player to pay here in a long time and there’s no one in this current team returning that even sniffs him in talent or athleticism.

Please change the word "pay" to "play". Thanks.

i think there's some unknowns still too....and you never now how they might affect a guy like Bennet...one would think they would help. you get Roman Harrison playing more, you get gooden back on the DL....the ILB's are really good....well, at least one for sure.....the other should be......and you have a guy like KB, who did pick it up 2nd half of hte season last year.....so how does he continue to build on that? he's already show ability. does consistency come next? maybe, especially with some of hte personnel that will be playing around him...in theory, should free him up a bit.

as to your point on the blitzing and creativity.... i really don't think that's gonna be an issue. they've more than proven to me that they know how to scheme up a defensive pressure lol.......and with so many now entering year 3....i would think it shouldn't take a step back any time soon........

I wasn’t questioning their ability to scheme up pressure. I know they can do that. Pruitt is a fantastic blitz designer. I’m just saying in general we are going to be blitzing a lot this year Bc i don’t think we will be able to generate enough pressure consistently just sending 4.
