What was your symptoms? I totally missed this. Glad you are feeling better. My lungs have been kinda hurting and been kinda cold for the past few days, of course I am worried now I might have it.

If you really think you have it, get a pulse oximeter. To measure your blood pressure and oxygen levels every day.

Edit: This is to make sure there are no weird spikes in your Heart Rate. Which could be caused from clotting etc. the oximeter is to ensure your blood is carrying enough oxygen to your body.

Not bad Mr. O. We found an elliptical machine on the side of the road this weekend and brought it home. She tried it with pretty low intensity yesterday and was pretty winded, which is a bit concerning considering her shortness of breath early on.

Not sure if she is just out of shape, or it’s the Covid, and I’m not sure if she should be doing the light cardio or not and I haven’t had time to look into it yet
