I’m thinking he would have been there at 130 for sure. Lot of places had a 1st to 3rd round grade on him. Loomis and SP just said it gives them an extra day to prioritize UDFAs. We really don’t have many roster spots available but dang, the rest of the draft is gone.

He tested real good at the combine. Played good when he played. Just didn’t here from him much because he was suspended most of the year. Running a 4.4 at 240 is pretty good.

I agree and I like the 1st round pick, too. If u have the best RB, u protect him with a 6'7, 300+ OL, that is described as a mauler

I liked it too but I like it a lot better now that we got a steal with Fulton at 61, I'll say that.

Reading back on a few articles from after the 1st round and seeing some variation of "Why take Wilson, a RT here at 29 when you had bigger needs at CB and Fulton/Gladney was staring you straight in the face" makes me laugh.
