Yeah I've been drinking while playing volletball with the kids and watching them on slip'nslide so I have a tendency to ramble. Funny enough my wife and I have been rumored to be swingers before.

too much work. My brother does Turkeys, Butts, all that crap.

Looked at doing a tenderloin at Xmas. Ended up having Butcher cut them and minimizing recipe. Saved money, and turned out great.
