Without his lil ole signature this bill doesn't pass and you are still bitching but 1,200 less.

By the way, some of us didn't even get these checks and we arent even complaining so why are those of you that did are?

This is petty.

Americans are out of work by the millions now and we are pissed over his face on the check?????

You are right that it is petty. Now, who you are calling 'petty' depends on your perspective. You are probably referring to the people who are expressing a combination of disbelief and anger at Trump's insistence that his signature be on the checks, even though his signature served no purpose, because the president can't authorize funds from the U.S. Treasury - hence the reason it had to go in the memo space. However, the people saying that this was a petty and egotistical move by Trump, are not wrong, either.

You’re right, it isn’t the main issue. So why put your name in the memo line where grandma writes “happy birthday” if not for attention?
