2020 Presidential Race

Something key to notice here is that Trump has to run the table on toss up states again like he did in 2016. And he very well may do it, I'm not saying he won't. But it is a lot easier for Biden to flip two or three states than it is for Trump to hold every state he won in 2016. It is going to be a tight election either way.
Michigan looks solidly in Biden's corner. The only state that Trump lost in 2016 that will be in play in 2020 is Minnesota. I think Biden will lock down Minnesota by picking Amy Klobuchar as his running mate. So, this really boils down to those three: Florida, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin... Whoever wins two of those three will win the election. A lot can change and the pandemic is a significant variable but this looks to be a squeaker.

My money is on Amy or Kamala for VP. With the weirdness of this year, it is hard to gauge what the hell is going to happen. We are a deeply polarized and fragmented society though, so either way it goes it will be close.

I think it's Whitmer or Harris

This should be a Biden ad. All that's needed at the end is a voiceover: "Amateur Hour is Over: Biden 2020."

Good lord. Mark Meadows needs to urge Trump to stop trying to sound like an authority on health care. The more Trump talks about things he knows nothing about... the more clearly his whole "BS Artist" facade comes into focus.

After she gutted Biden on stage in the first debate and called him a racist. I guess he likes the way she deals the race card.
"As the only African-American on stage, I would like to speak. I do not believe you are a racist," Kamala Harris said to Joe Biden. "There was a little girl in California who was a part of the second class to integrate her public schools, and she was bused to school every day. And that little girl was me." - Sen. Kamala Harris addressing Joe Biden in the June 27, 2019 Democratic Party Primary Debate

Not only did Sen. Harris not call Biden a racist, but she even specifically said, "I do not believe you are a racist."

I don't think she will be Biden's running mate, however.

Just what I'm hearing. That doesn't mean much. We are months out. Honestly Amy would be the best choice for the Midwest vote imo. Biden has the AA vote on lock down, he doesn't need help there. It is why he is the nominee and not Bernie, who thought it was a good idea to ignore Southern Democrats and focus on people that can't be bothered to vote because they are too busy being "woke" on Rose Twitter with their privilege.

Read the whole thing. You have a short memory if you watched the debates.

Kamala Harris Did Everything BUT Call Joe Biden a Racist

I have watched it and I have read the transcript... the above post was a verbatim quote from the transcript.

"As the only African-American on stage, I would like to speak. I do not believe you are a racist." - Kamala Harris speaking directly to Joe Biden.

She went the extra step to make sure that it was clear that she wasn't calling him a racist... by specifically saying so. That quote doesn't leave any room for misinterpretation.

Right. I don't think that you are a moron, but you certainly have said a lot of things that would make some people think that you are. No, I didn't call you a moron, so all should be well between us.

I don't think you are a moron either, but you kept saying throughout the entire year of 2019 that Joe Biden would not be the Democratic Party nominee for President in 2020... and who was it that kept insisting that you were wrong, time and time again? Was that me? Yeah, I think it was. LOL.

Don't spike the football just yet.

I will put this up for comparison against ANY Joe Biden brain fart. This from Trump today it total and absolute gibberish.

What is your favorite part? Mine is when Trump says that it's invisible and it's hidden. Why does it matter if it's in hiding, if it's also invisible?

So Biden draws clear majority support from African Americans (regardless of education level), Latinos (regardless of education level), Asians (regardless of educational level), women (regardless of educational level) and educated white men. Seems like the only demographic Biden doesn't win is white men without a college degree. Wonder why that is?
Boom.

I dont drink beer.

And the fact you think I drink natty light shows you are an incompetent fool who cant retain a damn thing you read.

I have been on here over a decade. Have over 10k post. It is pretty clear I am not some uneducated redneck.

I am also very pleased with how he is handling this and yes I am on the front lines. If the economy crashes and businesses go under I am going under right with them.
Never said you were uneducated, although the post I was responding to might at least cause some pause for concern.

On the business front, I am in the exact same boat if the economy goes under, although I do not see how any rational or educated person could honestly think Trump has done a good job handling this no matter your political affiliation. I cannot actually imagine it being handled any worse.

The Trump administration’s botched coronavirus response was years in the making
