Latest Coronavirus - Yikes

You do realize that because of him we are testing far more people than anyone else in the world. The CDC f...d up testing and he quickly fixed it. Perhaps you were in favor of just waiting for the CDC to fix the testing issues

Trump made no plans from Jan to March. We're still behind because of his inaction.

Meanwhile, our fat-assed leader failed to order test kits and medical supplies while he lied to Americans. He's a worthless sack.

When should the president have ordered test kits and when did he? What medical supplies should he have ordered, and when. Lastly, do governors and state legislatures play any role in emergency preparedness in your world?

That is, are you even aware state governments exist?

Again, why was Trump in a bidding war with state governments for these supplies if obtaining them is the purview of the states?

It isn't simply a domestic issue, *global* export demand has also crashed. There was no problem until world governments shuttered economies; no one was dumping milk til now.

No, all the overhead hasn't occurred. You can't put a gag order on cows' udders; the same milk is produced and has to be harvested every day. If there's no place for it to go, you don't throw good money after bad by processing it.

"Global export demand" for Milk? We don't ship milk all over the world. Think Canada, Mexico, NAFTA and the trade war. The Canadians are probably poring out milk too.

They did but we have accomplished so much since.
I guess I don't understand why testing is a huge deal at this point. Testing is irrelevant for the sickest patients, and we've tested enough people at this point that I'm confident the data out there is an accurate representation of the outbreak, fatality rate not withstanding.

Mass testing is important for getting back to work in a controlled manner. But that can't be it, because I've been told going back to normal before anything less than a vaccine is available is crazy.
