Latest Coronavirus - Yikes

My contention is you're a whiner. You have to pay for a decent plan for you employees and you don't like it. You want to buy a catastrophic plan that covers next to nothing for your employees. Pay up and take care of your employees or they will leave you.

If they could they would, that is the great thing about free markets. You're free to hit the door and find something better.

You my friend are the whiner. And you have to be too emotionally unstable to actually see logic because you're not dumb.

I do pay up for a great plan for my employees but that can only go so far. I'm hearing of renewals with 20-40% increases, that's not sustainable. I want to get the .gov and the employer out of the health insurance markets. Premiums would come down and every penny you paid towards premiums and that you put into an HSA would be tax deductible. How much of your premiums can you deduct now?

If there was ever a time to break out the Y2K stash of rice and beans, this is it. What do you think is the fault in the models? Did the models include social distancing measures? I think I will complain about the models at a later date and be a little thankful they were off.

It's my understanding social distancing was figured into the models.

Who works for you?
Not sure of the question, but there could be as many as 3 to 5,000 pilots in my company alone that might be losing their jobs because of all this, and I would bet they would be happy to have catastrophic insurance as opposed to none.

Give me a break. He's paying all employee costs and 60% of dependent premiums. That's not exactly what I'd call a chintzy employer.

You've been whining about what healthcare costs for a while. Do you consider that cost a part of doing business?

I bet they would love something better from the government opposed to none as well.

You're going up the wrong road here. Anyone that realizes the effort, time, etc spent to run a small business, wouldnt dare levy such criticism.

He's back onto the ratings thing.

It's almost as if he could have been having press conferences for the 3 years before the pandemic... anyways, i thought it was twitter that allowed him to connect to the people. I'd just as soon he stick to twitter, really.

In the midst of a pandemic, the narcissist screams Fake News and talks about ratings. The fact-free President knows he has no credibility so he lashes out at the media - the sign of a spineless individual.
that means that he is strong....only strong men attack the weak and vulnerable.

I tune in and they are kinda maddening to watch. He reads prepared statements with facts then makes off the cuff remarks after each one. Those usually consist of either a brag, insult or both. Some are actually good and some remind you of the guy at the 30yr reunion asking if you remember his touchdown.

I always say that I remember the touchdown.. I still don't think he's ready to know that I was making out with his girlfriend on a back road.... in a Chevette!

I wonder if the models factored in China was under reporting their numbers?
Seems like that would make them less 'accurate'. In other words, they would have to be making up data based on... what exactly? So what if we reverse engineered the model now based on NYC death tolls and found out that China 'actually' had 50,000 deaths. Would you support Mr Trump for leveraging that against the Chinese?
