He probably would have but Bill Lee came out one day about 2 weeks ago and said we are free people and he won't make a mandatory stay at home and then just like that he went back on his word. Then he really got me when he said something like "this isn't a request for you to stay home, this is a requirement." F himEvery politician does. I'm sure Karl Dean would have been far more hesitant to shut the economy down.
