I had the oral vaccine sugar cube thingy at the high school , along with the whole town. If I remember this correctly, it was on a Sunday afternoon and the same day that Oswald got shot by Jack Ruby on live tv. It seems like I had just gotten back and turned on the tv . I was sitting there in the room with my brother and parents. They started moving Oswald and I said "wouldn't it be strange if Oswald got shot?" 30 seconds later, he was.He had the first vaccine that was introduced in the mid 50's. Albert Sabin had the next vaccine that was an oral vaccine and I remember lining up at the hospital and being given a sugar cube that a dropper full of medicine put on it, that was the vaccine I received.
Many companies wanted employees to show up come hell or high water. The company I retired from was ahead of the curve. The policy was if you're sick don't come to work Three or four others will be out if you make them sick.

The World Health Organization may be struggling to explain its initial response to the coronavirus pandemic — particularly its deference to Chinese authorities and official Chinese government reports about the spread of the virus — but they have at least one concrete edict when it comes to COVID-19: the virus should not hinder the availability of abortion services.
According to a statement from the WHO itself (via the Daily Caller News Foundation), “services related to reproductive health are considered to be part of essential services during the COVID-19 outbreak.”
That means that countries demanding businesses lock down to stop or slow the spread of coronavirus should refrain from locking down abortion providers or forcing them to turn over much-needed personal protection equipment, even though doctors and hospitals are canceling every other form of elective surgery.

And now, after earlier restricting its export to purely "humanitarian" grounds (as if there was any other reason for the use of medicine), New Delhi is banning export of hydroxychloroquine, a malaria drug that Trump once touted as a “game changer”, and which has recently proved effective at combating some of the virus's deadliest symptoms.
