We had HOA elections 3 weeks ago. New President quit today, before he took office. His feelings got hurt because I mailed out the CC&Rs and Bylaws to all residents. This to ensure we all are on equal footing with the new board. Then today, a neighbor pal of his asked him what he was planning to do or if he was doing anything since he got elected... answer was I have done nothing. Neighbor suggested he start... well, he went home piszed off and wrote a resignation letter and sent it out. Then he called the ex-Pres, and cried to him. So, now myself and another guy are on the boards sheit list.

Gonna be fun I think. Until I want to do a project that requires approval from the board.... at least I am on the ARC committee that has to approve repairs and new upgrades. Maybe I will get 1 vote if I am not mad at myself too.
