I live in Eugene OR. I guess what the question/assumptions might be are that people with less money aren't taking precautions. This could also be an education factor. Speculating that people who are making less money are less educated as well. Again it's speculation or just maybe a suspicion. Thoughts you'd like to share?

Seems the US is no longer able to provide for the common welfare of its people. We now rely on China and Russia for help. Way to go America.

You don't need that. I can tell you(without sniffing your butt) that you're going to die. I just can't tell you when.

There use to be a one stop shop in gatlinburg..... a little shopping center.....it sold condoms..... liquor store..... walk in clinic.... right beside a pay by the hour hotel.... you could get protection.... get her drunk...... get tested.....have sex..... all in the same spot.

Sounds like you're looking down on people doing honest work. Maybe they can't afford to take more precaution? Education doesn't really need to be part of the conversation. I hate when people take on airs and think they're better than others.
