I still have nightmares about a bad experience about bailing hay when I was 12..... worked from sunrise to 8 and the farmer paid me 12 dollars.

Mine was de -tasseling hybrid seed corn for Decalb and Pioneer. It will be great if I never have to do that again .. ever .

I honestly just don’t care . I wouldn’t care if it was Obama’s golf course either . Some things don’t bother me , this is one of them .

I remember picking cotton 1 time for hrs (all day) when I was a little kid. Dude paid me 20 cents for a big ole bag of cotton that day.....that was the last time I ever did that. I was about 8-9 yo. I was so disappointed for so little pay for a hard days work.

I made my spending money picking up hay in the summer since my dad considered eating and sleeping indoors as proper compensation for work on our farm.

After watching that last bill stuffed like a Christmas goose with .. pure , unadulterated, unashamed , pork for all of their favorite and I’m sure most profitable lobbyist groups ... I just don’t care .

I’m sure I’ll get called a racist but I don’t care . With $200 and a case of beer , you can get anything torn down , built , painted , dry walled , picked or planted . That’s just the truth . It’s damn hard ( almost impossible ) to compete with a company that uses day labor especially if you have to bid on the job to get it .
