Latest Coronavirus - Yikes

Does anybody else see the increase in confirmed cases as a good thing? To me it is a sign that testing is increasing and mortality rates dropping. If we could add in number of confirmed negative tests even better.

So when I see the tweet above saying Florida cases have "surged to 7,000" its hard not for me to just say, "so what?". You can almost bet the mortgage in reality it hit 7,000 cases way before today and there is more than 7,000 people who currently have it.

People are going to get it. That shouldn't be a suprise at this point. Increased confirmed cases equals less uncertainty and more model accuracy, no?

So sick and tired of this bleeding-heart libtard David French always citing objective facts 'n stuff. Doesn't he know there are alternative facts too?

Was any of Trumps stuff in there objectively wrong? Flu deaths off? Number of deaths at that moment (as he stated)?

A lot of the folks that live paycheck to paycheck have now been out of work for almost 3 weeks. They likely got their last check on the 27th. Money should be almost gone and there will be no check this Friday. What do ya'll think will happen in the coming week if anything?
People that have to pay rent or other bills. Mortgage is due. Some mortgage companies are giving a three month reprieve (thank you BOA). Some landlords are being a-holes

I don't watch fox news, so I don't have media issued talking points.
You can read minds too? You just gave up and said that I realized you are correct. That is the furthest thing from the truth. People are being infected because other freedom fighters feel like they are healthy and not a danger to anyone else. However some of the 4,516 Americans came in contact with supposedly "healthy" adults who are only concerned about themselves and their well being.

If you cannot tolerate the risk, stay home. Pretty simple idea.

Some landlords are not getting relief from their mortgage companies so should they provide people free lodging?

I am explicitly saying it's not everyone that is a Republican, or conservative, or whatever. It is alarming that it seems to get such traction, anywhere. It is also disturbing that Trump seems to feed the anti science, anti government sentiment.
"Such traction". What did I miss?

Cuomo did the same. Downplayed it telling others the fear is more serious. Now his entire city is shutdown while he has daily fearmongering briefings.

The big banks have strong capital and liquidity. The landlord probably doesn't. Their not being a-holes for using that income to continue paying taxes and for improvements to the property, not to mention possibly the mortgage payment on it as well.

so piss on the at risk people, it is their fault for being at risk. Your parents did a bang up job with you. You definitely possess all the characteristics of an a$$hole.

Difficult to respond to you considering how nonsensical you write. Why are we pissing on them if they stay at home?

if the banks/mortgage companies give the landlord a reprieve, shouldn't the tenants get a reprieve from the landlord? Courts are not processing evictions here in Georgia.

Most of the banks involved are giving reprieves to those directly affected, either by a loss of employment or contracting the virus itself only. Property owners that are not directly affected may not meet the requirements.

Why climb all over the landlords? They got mortgage payments to make on that building that the tenants are renting.

More layoffs from special interest companies that received large amounts of money in the relief bill.
There are a lot of small businesses that are going to be laying of as well.... My question was, what is going to happen when they run out of money? Are they going to sit at home and starve?
