There have been reports of people getting it again, yes. Not sure how prevalent it is though.I understand, but once you've had it, can you get it again? Can you still spread the virus? If so why did you get on a plane? They should be out serving all the people of California. They could handle bedpan duty in the Corvid units.
I could see it if prices have dropped from where they were a few months ago and if they were planning to rent it out. Some people will buy stuff sight unseen, pandemic or not.Our RE agent said she’s doing video showings now with her cellphone. And people are putting offers on houses without ever stepping in them. That is nuts.
I know someone who just moved from New York state to Eastern North Carolina. He bought his house that way.I could see it if prices have dropped from where they were a few months ago and if they were planning to rent it out. Some people will buy stuff sight unseen, pandemic or not.
If they're buying it as their personal residence, agreed, that's completely nuts.
I don't remember that one.
When we talk about gas -vs- diesel for marine propulsion systems, I tell the students "Flip a lit cigarette into a 55-gallon drum of diesel fuel, and the cigarette will go out. Flip it into the same barrel full of gasoline, and you'll get to play a fun game called Shaking Hands With Jesus."
I've demo'd it with a 5-gallon bucket. Of diesel.
