I just don't like how he worded it in his presser. The testing and behind the scenes stuff would have gone on regardless what he said to the public, with guidelines disseminated to health officials. Don't rope me in with the banned guy, I've been fair with Trump concerning all of this. And I can't stand the guy and don't agree with him politically at all.But if his "jumping the gun" got it into use more quickly and it works is that a bad thing? Is it a wash?
That's a good point. I want it to work and for Trump to be right. I was just saying I think he jumped the gun with his language is all.

@allvol123
appreciate you keeping up with the numbers which indicate (even though it is early) things are improving and America's number are likely not the doomsday we've been fed.
Not very eloquent, but it’s an issue we’re going to have to decide as this drags out.
I thought I heard Dr Birx cite these numbers but those were if we did nothing?
You also have to consider the people who are voicing this position (at least those voicing it most visibly). These are generally the ultra-wealthy who (1) have no concerns about getting good medical treatment if they or their family members got it, and (2) can continue to socially isolate if the economy comes back on board during the outbreak.
Putting (1) and (2) together, it just looks like the elites who wanna march other people's kids off to war and death so they can reap the rewards of that.
