I didn't have to drive far smart guy, I said there was only 1 open within a 50 mile radius. I'm not crying about driving, I'm glad I was able to able give them my business as opposed to you who would like them to be laid off. They were talking about even though they are the only one open and have had people driving a long way to come see them business has been down from about 100 or so customers a day to 30 a day. It's sad. It's also scary people like you support government being able to make people stay home over a virus. My mistake, I thought you told me the other day you were.
Blah blah blah, it is pretty much normal with the exception of some inconveniences...for me. Wtf you want me to do? Cry and bitch about it like some of you? I'm dealing with it. I help who I can and take care of myself and my family. That's all I know to do. What are you doing? If I'm the person that cut Justin's hair, Id give him his money back if I knew he was crying on here about having to drive so far to help me out financially.
Ft. Myers beach was booming yesterday after I left church. Yes, I went to church then drove down to see what the beach looked like. People on the beach, walking the sidewalks, getting Togo cocktails etc. Someone yesterday posted the golf course and club house in his/her town was busy.
I'm inconvenienced a bit, but just here on VN I'm reading many posts in several different forums about people spending more time with family and friends and enjoying simpler things and slowing down. Seems they're making the best out of a terrible situation.
Life is going on right now. Some seem more worried about people dying than they do the economy and some seem more worried about the economy (more people die everyday from car crashes etc) than they are people dying. Some are more worried about feeling like an American and being inconvenienced. 3.3 million filing for unemployment and some here are pissed off they can't go to a movie.
To me......Being an American is way more than doing whatever I want whenever I want and however I want with little to no consideration for anyone else.
The economy being wrecked with have much longer consequences than this virus
