I know how to read. I also understand context. In fact, I was reading at a 12 grade level in 5th grade. I refer you to the prepositional phrase, 'could be' in the quote.

Oh,you back tracking. No one made an issue out of Hillary's emails but conservative lawmakers. Once the election was over, poof....not serious anymore. Crimes are crimes no matter how long it's been. Unless the emails were just more smoke and lies from the right to get their base riled up.
