Latest Coronavirus - Yikes

They are damned if they do, and damned if they don't. No good answers here.

True, but there are less terrible ones and so far Trump, DeSantis, and a number of other Trump acolytes have gone all in on some dubious ones.

To be sure, this is not entirely a Dem vs. GOP issue. There are some GOPers who are taking this seriously and making tough decisions now, deferring to the science. But it will be interesting over time to see if the Trump wing can end up taking credit or end up proven wrong via the science.

So you would have preferred Andrew Gillum?

Ha, no. As is so often the case, no good choices. Sound familiar?

Trump is on, let's see:

- new FDA approved test

- claims doing more tests than anyone else in the world

- thanking Army Corps

Sean Hannity is a college dropout. Rush Limbaugh is a college dropout. Wolf Blitzer has completed a Masters....
I have two graduate degrees. Not saying Wolf Blitzer (or myself) is dumb, but its something anyone can do with the right time and money.

That being said...his Masters is in International Relations. That's the football player degree of graduate degrees.

It’s about 11:30am where I am. Since the whole state has been shutdown for non-essential services (Alabama) I’m considering just calling it a day and start drinking and don’t stop until I go to bed. I literally have nothing else to do.
stay on VN and read the Stew Cook nonsense

I just can’t help it....Every time I see trump doing a briefing all I can think is here is a former porn star banging TV reality star briefing all of us on a national emergency as the President of the United States.

We have much larger population. S Korea, Italy, something like 4 X more per capita than we do.

In short, claiming we are doing a lot of testing by comparison is pretty much a lie in that it is designed to deceive the uninformed.
The US has tested more than those countries. Deceiving the uninformed..seems to be a sort of throwing stones from a glass house thing with you.
