Considering that they are the hardest hit area, and I turn on my local news and they are wearing the same masks over and over and begging for ventilators and supplies, I am going to be glad he's pushing.. If there are too many--then GOOD. Better too many then too few and we have to choose between who lives and dies.

And? That doesn't change that governors are in charge of their states. They are not beholden to the President. They have the power to act on the interests of their states and do not need federal approval to do so. Hell, it's their job to act in the interest of their states. The federal government is not "mommy".

Hey genius New Orleans just took the lead in per capita cases. Are you saying that NY should have these supplies in case they need them over another that actually needs them? Lol.

If there are a limited number of ventilators at the federal government's disposal, how do you divide them among 50 states? Does NY deserve all of them at the expense of another state?

From what I've seen, Cuomo was pushing Trump to enact DPA for a while (which he finally did), and that should help all of us, right?
