Latest Coronavirus - Yikes

Or I got one. I work on an assembly line and been laid off. That one is funny too, right?
No, its not.

You're jokes are definitely funnier than mine, but I wasn't aware I wasn't allowed to make any. Your worse than the government.

justin does not recognize personal space. He is a close talker. He wants you to smell the mountain dew on his breath as he complains about the government infringing on his right to get a burger and beer from applebees.

I know people like this, and I have to say it sounds plausible

No yours are good. I like it when you make fun of the movie theater manager or applebees waiter losing their jobs. You appear to be a hermit, so it does not affect you.

Carry on.

“That is incorrect and grossly uninformed. The point is, we have ventilators in a stockpile and we didn’t send them to the hospital yet. Of course we didn’t — that’s the whole point. The hospitals don’t need them yet. The hospitals aren’t at their apex. The hospitals have enough ventilators today, but their numbers are going up. We’re planning for an apex, a high point, in about 21 days – that’s when we need the 30,000 ventilators, not today. Right now we’re putting them in a stockpile," - Gov Cuomo

Yup. They weren't "found." They were just in storage.

My God, Trump is such an idiot!!

Lee shut the state down because he's a coward.

I will not stop voicing my opinion about a government that feels they can tell everyone to stay home and tell people they can't work or go to church. Only thing that's worse than them wanting to do it is you all who obey every order without questioning it. I'm doing all I can, going to work every day and calling the governor and mayor to tell them what a coward they are.

More crying.

You have no clue. None.

In 21 days he's expecting nearly 1 million concurrent cases in New York alone?

(15% hospitalization rate with 25% of those needing ventilators).

EDIT and that's documented cases.

The people that are complaining about the government, voted for the people that are currently running the government. But the people they voted for to run the government ain't the problem. The problem is the government.

He says he's working on the current projections and trajectory. Obviously some disagree on needing the 30,000.

Still 1 million concurrent confirmed cases is not matching what we've seen anywhere in the world. Not even close.

Italy has 3x as many people and is considered one of the worst spread scenarios and is at least 2 weeks ahead and they are at about 85K cases total (not concurrent).

It's simply an absurd "projection"

He's not factoring in the thousands a day that are moving to Florida to escape the taxes. Just wait for this to be over, New York will raise taxes to make up for the short fall this year and the cycle repeats.
