i just hope that we can keep boyd!!!! He sounds like he could be our next stud. But not like how crompton was supposed to be.

The beauty of the Mike Leach system is that it has worked with whatever quarterback he has ever had back there.

Well i read a post recently that said Boyd was still commited to Ut regardless of coaching change. but it remains to be seen. Has anyone heard if Leach has stated "not interested" ??

He can not say anything publicly because he is in the middle of a run for BCS championship, but rumors circulate that he is interested.

I have to say, I wasn't a fan of Leach 'cause I didn't want us to throw the ball 60 times. But watching this game, they're more balanced this year, and if we had this offense with our D, we would kill it!!!

His system reminds me of Spurrier at Florida in the 90's. Regardless of what kind of defense you put on the field, he has a play to beat it. And it appears that they do throw the ball to a spot on the field at times.

Man is hard to cover those guys....How would You guys like seeing that kind of offense here at Tennessee?...I personally would LOVE IT!....It's almost like those guys can't be stopped...I'm getting giddy over watching this..lol

Another thing about Leach, He WILL run up that score if given the chance...Was looking over his past seasons and he has broken 60 and 70 yes 70 points a few times...I would love to hang 60 or 70 on UF or Bama hahaha!!

he beat the #1 and is beating the #9. The red raiders' last 5 possessions all for TDs.

If he goes 3-0 against the top 10 big 12 schools, i will be impressed.

You're right, he will in fact run up the score if given the chance. What I find interesting is that many of the Gator faithful were NOT happy about hiring a small time unorthodox style coach from Utah. Well, chances are they will be playing for the NC for the second time in three years. That being said, I honestly believe Leach would do the same for UT. God, I wish we could get him!!!

Man they just scored AGAIN!...You just can not stop that offense!...I notice all the nay sayers have taken a hike on this discussion lol...Guess Leach has made believers out them too!

Not the biggest Leach fan, but it would be nice to be the one kicking people's teeth in for once.

Yes he has an incredible offense, but we don't have the players to run the offense he wants to run. We would be in a similar situation as Michigan if we hired him. It would take time to get the players.
