i would bet dollars to donuts the first thing they will consider is money. Poor sap 1 has exhausted his insurance limitsor doesn’t have insurance, do not resuscitate. Poor sap 2 has recourses to to pay, resuscitate.

I’m so curious what the response would be that I almost want to primary him on the platform that I wouldn’t have shut down the state. I wonder if I would get more or less than two votes?

Edit: to be clear, two votes is what I would expect to get based on me just being an unknown ass hole with no financial backing. Not a commentary on what I think the platform would manage.

That's what I am. The states get in the way of fixing the problem though. They don't shut down agencies and "accounting firms" that spill a false bill of goods to their clients and the clients are the ones that take it on the chin. I've been a huge advocate in fighting with the states to go after the source of the fraud behavior and not the little guy.

I don't work with claim fraud. Just premium.

I don’t hire a lawyer that couldn’t get me out of a ticket to keep points off my CDLs if that lawyer can’t get it dropped and requires my presence at court to beg a judge . My whole point .. do your homework or in this case at least read the articles before posting them 😊

Were you expecting Cuomo to say that Jared is an idiot, and should get back to extorting Middle East countries into bailing him out on his horrible real estate deals?

You go after premium fraud? As in after agents that collect premium without placing the policy? In Florida, the department of financial services has a policing force that will happily throw crooked agents in jail for that.

Or, I don't know, he could fall back on the old axiom of "if you don't have anything nice to say, say nothing at all". Weird that you guys don't even consider his comments might actually be sincere. It's straight to he must be fluffing Jared to get what he needs.

I don’t think I quite understand your question. But I’ll take a stab at it anyway.

Bill Lee has fumbled his way through this and made some absolutely dumb decisions that contradict what he is supposedly trying to accomplish. He wants people to social distance then shuts down state parks, golf courses and campgrounds. What sense does that make? He is doing things just to be seen as “doing something” and I think that is a good angle for any potential rival to attack. Also I voted against him in the primary anyway so he wasn’t top of my list to begin with.
