As an elected official, I am guessing Lt governor is elected in Texas, he doesnt get to express opinion as openly as a citizen.

At least without opening up to all the criticism. Which is what I feel happened here. Not calling for his removal just that he has to watch how things come across.

My son was just getting into the meat of his track season, and it was shaping up to be a good one.

Scott McMillan is absolutely right, but I’ll paint the picture a little differently. If you lose a grip on the domestic/global economy, America is going to look like a true dystopia. You think that crime/workplace shootings/racial tensions are bad now? Every single day would be catastrophic.

Grinding the economy to a halt just isn’t worth it and these mandatory closures should never have been enacted.
