It looks to me live they’ve stopped work on the US 27 project here. If that’s the case that has to be one of the dumbest decisions to date. There’s never more than 30 guys on that mile stretch and many are running machinery. They’re already 15 months behind schedule.

And my fear and concern is that now that they have used this power and the epidemic doesn't change in their favor, what will they do next? Two more weeks? Mandatory (enforced by the barrel of a gun) home quarantines?

Stop focusing on the here and now and look further ahead at what Plan B could be if this fails.

Nope. Because the homeless aren’t affected by the same guidelines and they have it as well. There is no stopping this unless people develop immunity or a vaccine. One person can spread this to 100. They can never track it down quickly enough to stop it. Then you’d have foreigners catching it, taking a Tylenol and travel while knowing there’s a chance they have it.
