Don't understand how some of you all have no empathy at all.

Saying the media has it overblown is the same as no empathy? No one said death was ok. No one said the families should get over it and it’s no big deal but I guarantee we will have more deaths by suicide and flu independent of each other than this. Do the 15 days and see where we are at and maybe add a week but we won’t have 100k in deaths so 1-2 million is freaking overblown.

It’s not just about death rates etc. it’s also about hospital beads, available ventilators, and the entire healthcare system as well. If we don’t control the growth of this thing we risk failure of the healthcare system. I just wanna go back to sports

All the smart people in the world couldn't see that beforehand? That doesn't give me much confidence in smart people..I told my wife that should be the strategy three-four weeks ago when the graphs showing who was really at risk of dying from Covid-19 started coming out...It was abundantly obvious who it was really dangerous to at that point.

Looks like you guys have been arguing for days. Here’s my 2cents. Anyone not taking this seriously and staying home is an *******. Unless you’re in healthcare, work at a grocery store, or other essential jobs. And thank you to all of you out there helping.

But the ones ignoring the dangers, making light of this very serious situation, you are incredibly selfish assholes.
