It may not trigger your fear like 9/11 did, but this unquestionably is having a greater impact on daily life than the attacks did.

I am not enjoying hysteria at all. You think I want people to die to get off with excitement. My point is almost 1/3 of the deaths have been in the last day. That is a sharp increase. Heck I hope we don't have another death. I sorta need my job.

I was thinking the govt would give that much alone at the very least in payouts to people. They're taking almost 2 trillion right now. And that's only for the actions over 2 weeks. The shutdowns will probably last much longer than that.

I'm still working. My work has scheduled April 5th-13th off, but I honestly don't understand that timing. If they're gonna do it, it needs done now. So far there are no cases in our county. Kemp, Georgia's governor, is getting some heat right now for not shutting everything down, so I kinda expect it to happen sooner.

I don’t think Kemp will be able to hold out much longer. Your companies time frame is strange. Trying to finish off some critical work perhaps? Probably behind on large cross manufacturing for the weekly burnings is my guess.

I read some quotes by him. He's straddling quite a line, trying to sound the alarm and trying to be prepared while allowing commerce to continue unabated. I guess the people showing up at bars on the beaches just think it's fake.

We'll see.

I feel for ppl losing their jobs as many live paycheck to paycheck....I always work from home and we homeschool so zero interruption in our day to day....I'm going to try to organize a special offering with the church of the stimulus checks...if you get it..don't need it donate and we can help out those who do

Heard Yang in a long form interview a year ago and he actually made me think about universal basic income which blew my mind a little. He’s not a sound byte guy. He’s too thoughtful.
