That's not a failure of the ACA that's a failure of the private insurance industry and the state of Tennessee.

You mean the same guy that had an employee that was struggling to get to work because he and his wife shared a car that bought that employee a car? (He promptly went to the courthouse and forged my name on the release of lean and pawned the car and never showed up again)?

You mean the same guy that that had an employee that was going through a divorce and didn't have a place to live that I put up in my RV for weeks until he could find a place and loaned him $2000 to pay his lawyer (he never paid a dime of it back either and he rented an apartment from my dad where he waived the damage deposit and first months rent and he never paid a dime for that, had to be evicted, and he trashed the place). Maybe you should take your condemnation and shove it up your good for nothing ass.

Before Obama, I had insurance, during Obama I couldn't get it, after Obama it may be possible again. You liberals are a scourge of society.

No it's not. It's directly the fault of ACA and it's sponsors. They knew what would happen once it was enacted. WTH was TN supposed to do? Force BC/BS to sell insurance in areas they would lose money in? AND expanding medicare wouldn't have covered these employees.

Plus there was nothing stopping any employee from purchasing a plan through ACA if they couldn't get it from their employer.

What I find odd about is I offered to give the employees a raise equal to 1/2 of their premiums if they obtained their health insurance through the exchange and none of them wanted it. They were literally too lazy to do the work themselves to find and secure coverage.

You might want to if you haven't already at ADP. We co-employed with ADP a couple years ago and it cut our HC premiums by a 1/3rd and opened up a lot more options. Not to mention WC, that was reduced by 1/2. It's not for everyone but it's worked out great for us.

Accurate and rightful criticism of Trump for saying things like we had capped out at 15 cases and would soon be to zero, or that complaints about the response are a hoax, are not dividing the country.

In fact, it is those criticisms of him that have finally gotten him to at least start to come to grips with reality, even if his instincts are to minimize it in his continued fantasy land presidency.
