No, as of right now it’s still the same slow 5-6 day process of sending tests to local health departments or CDC and waiting for confirmatory results.

Anecdotal evidence- mother of a friend traveled back from China in January, has all the symptoms, and can’t get tested because she doesn’t fit the criteria.
