He is 100 percent correct the only way we will contain this virus is to enact a complete shutdown and use martial law in this country similar to what China did otherwise we will have thousands dead by May.

I can't argue that you are wrong. We just don't know yet for sure. I personally believe if the country continued to operate just like it was a month ago there is a chance this thing would infect tens of millions and may yet.
