Possibly, but I think that will factor into how many games the season becomes, if there is a season. The longer the delay, the more time needed for preseason, the less time left available to play any season.

Wouldn't surprise me if the entire MLB season gets canceled. Some doctor on CBS said this was going to take months before it levels off. Of course, that was just his opinion.

Baseball “should” be the least affected by this since the weather will be warmer, which is supposed to help combat the virus, it’s open air stadiums, which is better for cleaner air, and the crowds are generally smaller for baseball as compared to other sports. Soccer could make this same argument.
